PIQUANT MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. corn flake crumbs
1/3 c. parsley flakes
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 c. catsup
2 tbsp. instant minced onion

Combine all ingredients and form balls. About 1 level tablespoon makes 1 meat ball.

COOKING SAUCE:

1 (1 lb.) can jellied cranberry sauce
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
12 oz. beef a mato (half or 3/4)
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Dissolve cranberry sauce in heavy saucepan first. Add all other ingredients and heat through. Pour over meatballs and bake uncovered for 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. This is a great hors d'oeuvre.
