HOT MUSTARD SAUCE 
1 c. dry mustard
1 c. cider vinegar
2 eggs
1 c. sugar

Mix dry mustard and vinegar. Let set overnight. In double boiler beat 2 eggs and 1 cup sugar. Add mustard mixture slowly, stirring to avoid lumps. Simmer 18 minutes, stirring constantly. Store in glass jars.
