BARBEQUE 
3 1/2 - 4 lb. chuck roast or pork roast
1 to 1 1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. honey
1 1/2 heaping tbsp. brown mustard
Garlic salt and pepper
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice (or add 2 more tbsp. vinegar)
Onion

Cut up roast into large chunks. Place in slow cooker and salt with garlic salt and pepper. Cook on HIGH about 6 hours. Remove bones and drain fat. Add remaining ingredients and simmer on low about 1-2 hours.
