ARMENIAN PILAF | |
1/4 c. butter 1/2 c. orzo pasta 1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® converted rice 2 c. (College Inn) chicken broth 1 c. water Salt & pepper Brown Orzo in butter over medium heat. Add all other ingredients. Cover and bring to boil. Lower heat to simmer. Do not stir. Cook until all liquid is absorbed. Approximately 25 minutes. Serve with beef, poultry or fish. |
