SMOKED SAUSAGE AND RICE 
1 lb. smoked sausage
1 bag Boil 'n Bag rice
1 sm. onion
1 sm. bell pepper
1 can zesty tomato soup

Brown sausage, onion and pepper and 1/4 cup water until done, drain excess. Add soup; simmer for 10 minutes. Boil rice until done. Pour sausage, onion, pepper and soup over rice. Serves 4.
