SCOTT'S CHOCOLATE PUDDING 
6 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. boiling water
2 c. milnot (or other canned milk)
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cocoa, flour, sugar and salt in heavy saucepan. Add boiling water, stir until smooth. Cook SLOWLY until it begins to thicken then add the milk. Bring slowly to boil and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add vanilla and chill.
