HERSHEY CHOCOLATE CAKE 
Cake:

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 c. all purpose flour
pinch of salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 - 16 oz. can Hershey's syrup

Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time. Add flour alternately with Hershey's syrup.

Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13 pan at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Icing:

1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/3 c. canned milk
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Bring to boil sugar, butter and milk. Boil one minute. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Stir until melted. Pour hot icing on hot cake.
