ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. sour milk
3 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream together butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs. Add vanilla and milk, mix well. Add flour, cocoa, baking soda and spices. Mix and beat for 3 minutes. Add zucchini. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch pan, pour in batter. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over cake. Bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
