CREAM CHEESE PASTRY | |
1/2 lb. butter 1/4 lb. cream cheese 1 c. sifted flour Cream butter and add cream cheese. Blend well. Stir in flour and chill. Roll out dough, cut into squares or triangles and fill with jam, or other cooked fruit, drained well of all juices. Fold dough and pinch together. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes 8 to 10 triangles. |
