FLUFFY SALAD 
8 oz. low cal cream cheese
2 c. crushed pineapple (with most of juice)
1 c. Featherweight whipped topping
1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar free lime Jello
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped carrots (optional)

Boil pineapple. Add dry Jello and set aside to cool completely. Mix in cream cheese. Add the celery, carrots (if desired), and topping. Pour into 8x8 inch glass container.

1/4 = 1 protein, 1 fruit, 25 calories.
