NO - FUSS BAKED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
4 boned & skinned chicken breast halves (about 6 oz. each)
2/3 c. corn flake crumbs

Mix mayonnaise, cheese and mustard in small bowl. Measure out 1/3 cup and refrigerate. Brush both sides of chicken with remaining mixture. Coat well with crumbs. Arrange in lightly greased shallow baking pan. Bake in preheated oven set at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown and fork tender. Serve with reserved mayonnaise mixture for dipping.
