BROCCOLI SOUFFLE 
1 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
4 eggs
3/4 c. grated cheese
1 tbsp. chopped onion

Mix soup, mayonnaise, eggs, cheese, and onion together. Add broccoli. Bake in greased casserole for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
