1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt

Bring to a boil. Then cool.

1 green pepper, cut fine
1/2 c. onion, thinly sliced
3 carrots, grated
1 c. green beans, canned, drained
1 sm. can peas, drained
1 can white corn, drained
1 sm. jar pimento, drained

Mix all ingredients together with cooled vinegar mixture. Chill.
