SAUSAGE SUPPER 
1 lb. pork sausage, link
2 apples, pared and sliced
2 onions, peeled and sliced
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. bouillon
2 or 3 c. instant mashed potatoes
Salt and pepper

Fry sausage until crisp. Drain and place in baking dish. Fry apples and onions, spoon over sausage. Use 1 tablespoon fat to brown flour in. Add salt, pepper and bouillon, cook until thick and pour over sausage. Top with mashed potatoes. Bake 15 minutes uncovered at 350 degrees. Serves 4-5.
