TOMATO JELLY 
2 c. strained tomato juice
3 c. granulated sugar
1 env. fruit pectin

Boil the tomato juice, stir in the pectin and bring to a boil. Stir in the sugar until well dissolved, bring to a rolling boil and boil vigorously 3 to 3 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat, let stand a minute, skim and pour into hot sterilized jars.
