TOMATO JELLY | |
2 c. strained tomato juice 3 c. sugar 1 env. Pure Fruit Pectin Boil tomato juice, stir in pectin and bring to a boil. Stir in the sugar until well dissolved, bring to a rolling boil and boil for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat, let stand a minute, skim and pour into hot sterilized jars or glasses for jelly. |
