TOMATO JELLY 
3/4 c. lemon juice
6 c. tomato juice
9 c. sugar
2 boxes Sure Jell
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice

Heat both juices to boiling. Add Sure Jell. Add sugar and spices. Bubble boil 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Pour into clean jars. Sal jars with paraffin.

OMG, the taste is phenomenal! Be sure to use fresh tomato juice and not canned, which is pureed tomatoes and not 'juice'. (I used a steam juicer, but a traditional juicer would work well, too.) And while the 2 boxes of Sure Jell seem like a lot compared to other jellies, tomato juice has virtually no pectin, so it's absolutely necessary to set.
