SAUSAGE OMELETTE | |
1 lb. sausage, cooked & drained 4 slices bread, cubed 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 6 eggs 2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. mustard Put bread in buttered casserole. Top with sausage, then cheese. Beat eggs, milk and mustard, pour over all. Cover, put in refrigerator overnight. Take out 1/2 hour before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
