2 eggs, beat with fork
1 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. flour
3 c. fresh apple slices

Beat the eggs; add oil, sugar and mix thoroughly. Add the dry ingredients that have been sifted together. Add the apples. Bake in greased pan at 350 degrees, 55 minutes to 1 hour. Makes its own icing and is even better the second and third day!
