SWEET & SOUR MEATBALLS 
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
2 lb. hamburger meat
1/4 c. oil
1 c. water
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 minced onion

Make medium-size meatballs with hamburger meat. Brown hamburger meat in the oil. Combine flour, salt and pepper in brown bag. Shake cooled meatballs in flour mixture. Place flour coated meatballs in slow cooker or crock pot and pour water, ketchup, Worcestershire, salt, brown sugar and onion over it. Cook on low setting for about 4 hours (or over low heat on stove for about 45 minutes - 1 hour). Stir occasionally.
