NEVER FAIL PIE DOUGH | |
5 c. flour 2 c. lard 1 egg in cup & fill with cold water 2 tbsp. vinegar Pinch of salt Cut shortening into flour to resemble coarse crumbs. Add water, egg, vinegar and salt to the flour mixture. Mix well and dough is ready for pie shell. |
