12 oz. peanut butter chips
1 c. peanut butter
1 stick butter
10 to 12 c. corn chex
2 c. confectioners' sugar

Melt first 3 ingredients together. Mix with the corn chex. Shake in large grocery bag with the 2 cups of sugar. Keep covered and refrigerated.
