PARMESAN MEATBALLS
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine above ingredients and form gently into balls. Place in large non-stick baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees until nicely brown. Remove from pan and set aside. Blend 1/4 cup flour into remaining drippings. Add 1 cup beef bouillon and 1 (4 ounce) can undrained mushrooms (sliced). When all are blended, add seasonings to taste. Return meatballs to sauce. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with hot rice, if desired.

Note: Can use 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms. If so, add 1/4 cup water. 5 to 6 servings.
