GRACE'S PEPPER JELLY 
1/4 c. hot peppers
1 1/2 c. vinegar
6 oz. bottle Certo
Red and green food coloring
1 c. diced bell pepper
6 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. pimento

Put peppers and bell peppers in blender with 1/4 cup vinegar. Puree. Bring sugar and 1 1/4 cups vinegar to a slow boil. Boil 1 minute. Add pepper mixture and chopped pimento and stir. Add 1 bottle Certo and a few drops of food coloring, red or green. Let stand 6 minutes. Pour into hot jars. Cap or cover with paraffin.
