PEPPER JELLY 
1/4 c. coarsely chopped hot pepper (red or green)
1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped bell pepper (seeds removed from both)
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
1 bottle lg. Certo
Few drops food coloring (red or green)

Remove seeds from peppers before chopping. Combine peppers, sugar and vinegar; boil 3 minutes. Add certo and food coloring and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Strain through a tea strainer. Let stand 5 minutes. Pour in jars and seal.
