SWISS BLISS 
1/2 tsp. butter
1 env. onion soup mix
1/2 lb. green peppers, sliced
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
2 lbs. chuck steak
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 c. canned tomatoes
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. A-1 sauce

Spread center of foil with butter. Arrange steak on foil. Sprinkle with onion soup, mushrooms, green pepper, tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Mix juice, A-1 steak sauce and flour. Pour over steak and seal foil. Bake 2 hours at 375 degrees.
