1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts, sliced thin
1 pkg. Lipton country vegetable soup mix (remove noodles)

Thaw spinach and squeeze out water. Mix all ingredients. Spread on party rye or Triscuits.
