1 1/2 lbs. boned chicken 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup 8 oz. milk 8 oz. cheddar or Velveeta cheese 1 roll buttermilk or country style biscuits Grease glass or no stick baking dish. Boil chicken until done. Place biscuits in bottom of dish. Mix chicken, milk, soup and 1/2 the cheese together. Pour over biscuits. Top with the rest of the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Season as taste suits you. Peas can be added if desired. |
