PESTO 
2 bunches fresh basil
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. olive oil and sm. amount of oil to brush on pine nuts
Juice of 3 lemons
1/2 c. pine nuts
Linguine noodles for 4

Brush pine nuts with additional olive oil and brown in 375 degree oven 5-7 minutes until brown.

Cook linguine noodles according to package directions and drain noodles.

Put all remaining ingredients in food processor and chop. Add to hot noodles and enjoy!
