OVERNIGHT MACARONI & "CORNED
BEEF"
 
2 c. milk
2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans mushroom soup
8 slices Worthington "Corned Beef luncheon slices" cut into bite-size pieces
1 med. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. grated longhorn cheese, divided

In a 2 quart oiled casserole, mix milk and macaroni. Allow to stand 10 minutes. Add eggs, corned beef slices, chopped onion and 1 cup cheese. Mix well. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese over top of casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Serves 6.

Overnight Macaroni is another quick and easy recipe for the busy homemaker. As the name suggests, you prepare this casserole the night before. The liquid softens the uncooked macaroni.
