BROILED CHICKEN 
1-3 lb. fryer
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper

Cut chicken into serving pieces. Mix all the other ingredients except the butter. Use a pastry brush to coat each piece of chicken well. Place in a buttered baking dish and let stand 45 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, dot chicken pieces with butter and bake for 20 minutes. Remove and baste the chicken well with the sauce, then broil for 15 minutes on each side, basting and adding more butter if necessary.
