SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. thawed ham loaf
1 c. crushed soda crackers
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
3 oz. crushed pineapple

SAUCE:

1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix ham loaf, crackers, eggs, milk and pineapple. Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls.

Sauce: Mix water, vinegar, brown sugar and mustard. Pour over meatballs. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour, turning after 45 minutes. If desired, sauce may be thickened.
