CALYPSO COLE SLAW 
1 can (12 oz.) whole kernel corn with sweet peppers, drain
4 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. shredded sharp American cheese
2 tbsp. sliced black olives

CREAMY MUSTARD DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed

Combine salad ingredients. Blend dressing ingredients. Just before serving toss cabbage mixture with dressing. Serves 6-8.
