2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 lg. can crushed pineapple + juice
Pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients together, beat 1 minute by hand. Bake in 13"x9" greased and unfloured pan. 40 to 45 minutes at 300 degrees.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 sm. can Pet milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix butter, milk and sugar. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients, spread on warm cake.
