CARAMEL - SOUR CREAM FUDGE | |
1/4 c. butter 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. granulated sugar 3/4 c. sour cream 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. nuts Melt butter in heavy saucepan, add both sugars and sour cream. Cook over low heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Cover and boil slowly 5 minutes. Uncover and cook rapidly without stirring until soft ball forms. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Add vanilla and nuts and beat until creamy. |
