SOUR CREAM - WHITE CHOCOLATE
FUDGE
 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter
8 oz. white chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. walnuts

Butter 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Melt butter; add sugar and sour cream. Bring to medium-high boil. Reduce heat to medium stirring until mixture reaches 238 degrees. Stir in chocolate until melted. Add vanilla and walnuts. Pour in prepared pan and cut in small pieces. Mixture may need to be placed in refrigerator.
