VEGETABLE CASSEROLE MEDLEY 
1 (16 oz.) frozen cauliflower
1 (16 oz.) frozen broccoli
1 (16 oz.) frozen carrots
1/3 c. sour cream
1 c. Swiss cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can fried onion rings

Thaw vegetables. Mix together vegetables, sour cream and soup. To this add half of the cheese and half of the fried onions. Place in a 9"x13" pan and bake, covered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake an additional 5 minutes.
