WONDERFUL VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) bag of frozen California mix vegetables
1 can mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1 can Durkee French fried onions

Combine vegetables, soup, sour cream and 1/2 of the cheese and 1/2 of the onions. Pour into 1 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake for 5 more minutes.
