SWISS MEDLEY CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. chopped mixed vegetables (frozen)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded Swiss cheese
1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream

Mix together and pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. Top with French fried onion rings.
