VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 bag frozen vegetable combination
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1 can French fried onions
1 jar pimento, drained (optional)

Combine all ingredients, except 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup French fried onions. Pour into casserole. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with remaining cheese and onions the last 10 minutes.
