SUMMER BONANZA 
1 lb. hamburg
1 sm. yellow squash, sliced thin
1 sm. zucchini, sliced thin
1 med. onion, sliced thin
5 med. mushrooms, sliced thin
3 or 4 lg. tomatoes, peeled
3 or 4 cloves garlic

Brown hamburg. Pour off excess grease and return to pan with all above ingredients. You may have to add a little water. Cook until vegetables are tender. Add salt and pepper to your liking. Serve as is or over rice.
