2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (or Velveeta)
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. olive oil
1 egg
1 clove garlic, minced
Chopped parsley
Salt
Pepper

Mix all together and bake in an oiled 9 inch square baking pan. Put bread crumbs in the bottom of the pan. Use enough to coat the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 4.
