SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
1 box chopped spinach
1 box leaf spinach
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. milk
Parmesan cheese

In bowl mash up cream cheese, butter and milk until smooth. Add spinach and mix well. Drain artichoke hearts and put in bottom of baking dish.

Pour in spinach mixture and smooth out. Sprinkle layer of Parmesan cheese over top. Bake at 400 degrees, covered for 30 minutes then uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes to brown.
