BEEF STROGANOFF | |
1 1/2 lb. sliced round steak or tenderloin tips (cut into thin strips) 1/4 c. flour Dash of pepper 1/4 c. butter 1 can diced mushrooms, drained 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 sm. clove garlic, minced 1 can Campbell's beef broth Dust meat strips with flour and pepper. In large skillet brown meat in butter. Add can of mushrooms, chopped onion and garlic. Brown lightly. Stir in 1 can Campbell's beef broth. Cook about 1 hour until meat is tender. Stir now and then. Gradually stir in 1 cup sour cream. Cook over low heat 5 minutes longer. Serve over 3 cups of cooked noodles. |
