1 c. butter
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 lg. box Rice Chex
1 lb. box powdered sugar

Melt together butter, chocolate chips and peanut butter. Remove from heat and stir in the entire box of Rice Chex and coat. Pour powdered sugar in garbage bag and put chocolate mixture in. Shake to coat and serve.

You may need 1 1/2 boxes of powdered sugar.
