DRUMETTES WRAPPED IN NORI 
1/4 c. shoyu
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. sake
1/4 tsp. aji (optional)
1 pkg. (1 1/2 lb.) drumettes
1 sheet nori
1/2 c. cornstarch
Salad oil for frying

Combine shoyu, sugar, sake and aji; mix well. Marinate drumettes for 3 hours or longer. Cut sheet nori in half; then into 1 inch wide strips. Roll drumettes in cornstarch, wrap with nori. Deep fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
