GROUND CHUCK CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground chuck
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 sm. can sweet green peas (cook 10 minutes before adding)
1 sm. pkg. egg noodles, cooked & drained
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
2 cans tomato soup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. water

Brown meat, onion and bell pepper in skillet; add peas, tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce and water; add cooked noodles to mixture and cook in casserole dish for 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. Top with grated cheese. This freezes well.

I recommend you don't drain the peas. I baked it with about a half cup of mozzarella and then let it set for about 5 minutes after baking. I served it with a French baquette and small side salad.
