EASY HAMBURGER HASH BROWN
QUICKIE
 
1 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 c. melted butter
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Press potatoes in baking dish, brush with melted butter. Bake 10 minutes while preparing meat filling. Brown meat and onion; drain.

Combine milk, egg and cornstarch in a cup to mix well, then stir into meat. Add cheese, seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. Pour onto hash brown crust. Bake 30-35 minutes in moderate oven.
