SNOWBALL CAKE 
3 env. of Dream Whip or 1 lg. tub of Cool Whip
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple (2 lb. can)
Juice of 1 lemon
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. boiling water
2 env. of unflavored gelatin
2 tbsp. cold water
1 box or 1 c. coconut
1 loaf size angel food cake

Soften gelatin in cold water. Add boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add sugar, lemon juice and crushed pineapple including juice. Whip 2 envelopes of Dream Whip according to package directions or use 1/2 tub of Cool Whip. Fold into gelatin mixture which you have allowed to set somewhat.

Break cake into small pieces. Place alternate layers of cake pieces and gelatin mixture in a 9 x 13 cake pan. Chill overnight. Prepare third envelope of Dream Whip or use 1/2 of large tub Cool Whip and spread over top of cake. Sprinkle with coconut.
