1 box chocolate cake mix (prepared ready to bake)
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. water
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. chopped nuts

In a 13 x 9 inch pan, mix brown sugar and cocoa. Stir in 2 cups water until well blended. Pour marshmallows over this mixture. Spoon the prepared cake mix over the marshmallow mixture. Top[ this with 1 cup chopped nuts. There will be a rich pudding under the cake marshmallows will blend and rise to the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
